WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY!
We like to send two inspectors to as many inspections as we can. We have three more than qualified inspectors to complete a home inspection on their own, but we like the added confidence to our clients that they are getting an extra set of eyes combing through their homes. This also allows us to complete an inspection a little quicker than normal. We do all this without charging any more than the going rate.
All three of our inspectors have years of construction and inspection experience. We use Spectora report software which is easy to use on our end and easy to navigate for our clients and their real estate agents. We make sure our schedules are flexible and will inspect on evenings and weekends.
