What if my house fails inspection?
It can't! At Watchmen, we are not code inspectors. Our job is to determine the safety and function of your home and to provide you with as much information as possible about your home.
What makes you different from other inspectors?
Often, an inspection is done by just one inspector. At Watchmen, we send at least two inspectors to every inspection. This doubles the experience of the inspectors without doubling the price. With two inspectors, we are able to split up the home for a more detailed inspection.
How long does an inspection take?
Depending on the size, age, and structure of the home, the inspection usually will range from 2-4 hours.
When will I get my inspection report?
On most homes, we have the inspection report completed and sent to the client in 24-48 hours.
